The thinking that inspired our logo:

The silver cross illustrates the 30 silver coins paid to nail Jesus on the cross. When Jesus said, “It is finished”, He instantly broke death’s shackles placed on humans by the old covenant. The human act of religiosity by attempting to justify sin by adhering to hundreds of Mosaic laws including the Ten Commandments brought humans to sin baring the payment of death. Attempting to achieve the fulfillment of these laws was a human futile exercise in ego bringing death. The purple in the logo embody the royalty of Jesus. In his chosen act of grace Jesus of Judah became our High Priest giving us the choice to live in love. Unshackling the deserved reward of death gained by our falling to self-deceiving sin. Since Jesus did not come from a priestly tribe of Levite a pyridine shift occurred upon his death as a strong, scimos [1], trembling of earth and stormy dark skies with gushing winds proclaimed the, “I am”, at Calvary. Through His grace we can learn to love like Jesus loved and walk like Jesus walked. It is imperative to use the cross as a catapult propelling us to GO Jesus Love…
